Responsibilities and Duties
- Desktops, Notebooks basic troubleshooting.
- Operating System Installation, Support, Upgrade for Desktops, Notebooks,
- Move/ Add/ Change/ Up-gradation/New Installation of Application Software and Hardware Support.
- Hardware Experience in Laptop, Laptop Repair
- Looking for Services engineer for laptop technician multiband.
- Should have experience in Software Troubleshooting, Hardware.
- L1, L2, L3 Repair knowledge for Different Laptops.
- Will be handling service for laptop and desktop
- Laptop All type of Laptop Accessories and Parts Change Like Laptop Screen, Internal Battery, Internal Keyboard, HDD, Hing, Back Panel, TouchPad, Top Panel, SSD install and Many More.
- Assess hardware and software malfunctions by means of diagnostic tools and customer input.
- Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables
- Drive to customer locations using a personal vehicle, managing your own daily route to arrive in a timely manner based on customer location and issue, and maintaining accurate time and mileage records
- Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until the customer is satisfied
- Update and maintain assigned machines per manufacturer specifications
- Maintain parts inventory, personal library of machine manuals, company-assigned laptop and tools
- Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options
- Candidate should have a decent communication
- Male candidates are only preferred
